Precision Powdered Metal Parts, Inc. (PPM) is a full service manufacturer of structural sintered metal components. PPM was established in 1978 and is located in Pomona, CA. We are well respected in the P/M industry and service national and international customers.
In 1996 PPM acquired Colorado Sintered Metal (CSM) located in Colorado Springs, CO.Our two locations totaling over 75,000 of floor space contain 50 powder compacting presses ranging from 2 to 300 tons and 8 continuous belt sintering furnaces operating to a maximum of 2100 degrees F. Secondary operations include: Steam Treat, Vibratory Deburr, Oil Impregnation, CNC Machining, Drill/Tap/Ream and Bead Blasting. We have a complete in-house tool room with both sinker and wire EDM machines. Both facilities are members of the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) and each has won numerous design awards from them in their annual competition. Both locations have their own Design Engineering and Quality departments but work closely with each other to provide the customer with unparalleled engineering, quality, service & delivery.
